Mr. Smith was previously the Chairman and Senior VP of a publicly traded company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, and Director and Senior VP of a private Alberta corporation. His career includes that of a professional athlete (Edmonton Eskimos), and Mayor of the City of Edmonton for three terms. He has also served on a number of public and private boards as Director and Chairman.
