Yorkton sponsored the Lunar New Year Gala 2026 organized by Hong Kong Canada Business Association Edmonton Chapter, of which Yorkton is also a member. The Yorkton family who attended included Bill Smith, Chairman; Ben Lui, CEO; Mark Wilbert, Director; Joey Sun, VP Finance, David Tam, Legal Counsel, Tom Chiu, Legal Counsel, Karl Miu, Consultant and friends from various financial institutes.
Karl Miu had been on the Board of Design, Marketing and Licensing Industries Advisory Committee of Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) for many years in Hong Kong. He was glad to meet representatives of HKTDC and Hong Kong Economic & Trade Office during the event explore future cooperation with Yorkton.
